Royal Armouries Leeds will mark the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo – one of the most significant battles in European history – with a special exhibition which brings together works of art, arms and armour.
In an announcement made by Museums at Night, the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds has been shortlisted for the prestigious national Connect! competition.
As part of the national Museums at Night programme, visitors will be given exclusive after-hours access to some of the unseen subterranean areas of Fort Nelson near Portsmouth.
