Booking a Visit
Booking a visit to the Royal Armouries in Leeds couldn’t be simpler.

When booking please have the following information available:
- Address, postcode and phone number
- Visit dates and estimated arrival and departure times
- Approximate numbers of students and adults
- Key Stage/ year group and any relevant SEN details
- Curriculum area you would like to focus on
- Choice of session and any live interpretation requests (where applicable)
We will send you:
- Letter confirming your booking and details
- Payment form (where applicable)
Useful Information for Your Visit
Lunch
Within the museum there are good eating and shopping facilities. There are also packed lunch areas. These are allocated on arrival, at the Information Desk.
Packed lunches can be pre-booked at £5 each. They include a sandwich, a chocolate biscuit, a carton of drink and piece of fruit. Please contact us to enquire about options.
Nearby there is a local supermarket and cash point.
Parking
The coach park is situated adjacent to the Tiltyard close to the museum entrance.
The coach park is not available to private cars, which can be left in the multi-storey car park opposite the Tiltyard (charges apply).
To ensure the safety of your pupils, they should only enter the coach park under adult supervision.
