Is Plastic-fantastic?
Compare historic materials to those used today discovering about polymers and plastics. Use a simple experiment to look at the properties of plastics, especially those that are found in common use.
This session is particularly suitable for those wanting to improve their pupils’ investigative skills (SC1 Scientific Enquiry and SC3 Materials and their properties).
- We generally offer two sessions a day each with a maximum of 35 students. A session will last from one hour to an hour and half.
- Our sessions are £7 per student under 16 years old, with one adult free per ten students.
