Art: Britain Since World War Two
Power to the People!
In this session students will develop their communication and citizenship skills through group work & lively debate. They will also explore how individuals have influenced the social & cultural changes of the post war world.
- Key figures include Martin Luther King, John Lennon, Yoko Ono and Gandhi.
- Students will create their own textile protest banners, inspired by the originals that can be seen in our Peace Gallery.
- Your school could even hold a mini demonstration in the museum.
