Indian dolls of Rama and Sita

Our hands on sessions are specially designed to support the National Curriculum at Reception and Key Stage One.

These interactive workshops explore a wide range of subjects including History, English, Technology, Science and Religious Education.

All our activities are multi-sensory and aim to help pupils develop communication and critical thinking skills, as well as supporting citizenship in the classroom.

St George and the Dragon

Discover the legend of this famous knight in our story-mat session, with armour, puppets, costumes and dragons!

Toys Through Time

Find out how toys have changed and examine ideas of ‘old’ and ‘new’ though our collection of games, clothes and toys from medieval, Victorian and modern times.

Rama and Sita

Join Hanuman’s monkey army and rescue Sita from the clutches of Ravana, the ten-headed demon. Take part in this Indian tale with tigers, elephants and costumes.

Inch-high Samurai

ourney to ancient Japan and meet a remarkable hero in this traditional folktale. Explore everyday life in Japan from Samurai warriors to tea parties!
