Education Leeds - Knights

Key Stage 1: Discover Knights

A Knight’s Tale

The Royal Armouries Museum has everything a budding knight would need on the battle field. From a full suit of armour to his sword and mace. Children can explore what life was like as a knight and where he would have lived.

YOUR VISIT WILL BE ONE HOUR LONG SESSION.

Hands on History

This hour long session gives students the opportunity to meet a ‘real’ knight or princess who will bring the past to life. Starting with a crafting session, followed by interactive storytelling, the knight or princess will explore what it is like to be a knight or princess and handle the armour of a knight.
