Forget the glamour and glitz of Hollywood! At the Royal Armouries there are no special effects or CGI – just real iron men in full on live combat, doing battle in front of your eyes.
Strength War – The Celts v The Saxons
Tuesday 1, Wednesday 2 & Thursday 3 June
Experience the battle of The Celts versus The Saxons as four of the UK’s strongest men go head to head. There will be competitions throughout the day, featuring four strongmen including the current UK champion Jimmy Marku and Scotland’s strongest man, Louis MacLean.

Metal Work – A.S.H the Armourer will be demonstrating the art of armour making. Daily, 10am – 5pm in the Craft Court Workshop.
