We tend to think of the development of weapons as being a steady progress toward the modern day, but there were many tangents, wrong turns and outright dead ends along the way.
For every landmark like the Luger pistol, there is a curiosity like the revolver bayonet. Come and find out about some of the most famous examples of the weapon smith’s art as well as some of the more unusual ones!
All of the seminars run from 10:30 to 16:00 and take place at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.
The cost is £30 per delegate.
Lunch is not provided, but there is a bistro and a café plus a picnic area in the Museum.
Booking is essential as the seminars tend to sell out quickly.
The location address, map and a guide to getting here can be found on the Visitor Information page
