Have you ever considered armour as works of art – sculptures in steel? Discover more about the art of the armourer and take a fresh look at some of our most decorative pieces, including 16th-century Renaissance armour.

During the seminar you will examine such decorating techniques as embossing, engraving, etching, damascening and colouring with heat and gold.

All of the seminars run from 10:30 to 16:00 and take place at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.

The cost is £30 per delegate.

Lunch is not provided, but there is a bistro and a café plus a picnic area in the Museum.
