ITF Taekwondo

ITF Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art of self-defence in which the hands and feet are used as powerful tools to protect yourself.

Famous for its quick and dynamic kicking and punching techniques, Taekwondo students also learn locks, throws and grappling.

Techniques are practiced in set sequences or patterns known as ‘Tul’, and through practice an overall level of fitness is rapidly attained.

Classes are taught by Master Paul Liversidge.
